If you filed together last year her SS# will be in that return. If not, file a separate return claiming single and leave off any and all information that refers to her and you should not have that trouble.
You will need to print and mail your return if you are still legally married as you are required to enter her SSN on your return in order to file electronically.
an ex that your married to is inconsistent. either you married to her on 12/31/2022 which only allows filing jointly or married filing separtely or your not married on that date which allows you to file either as single or head of household if you have a qualifying dependent. you can also file as head of household if you lived apart from your spouse for the last 6 months of 2022 and maintained a household where your qualifying dependent lived with you for more than 6 moths and you paid more than 50% of keeping up the household
