Switching programs?

I've used TurboTax FreeFile and have an online account.  I would like to use TurboTax self-employed to start my 2020 quarterly taxes.  
Do I set up an entirely new account (different email, etc )?  I can't find where to go from the account I already have to access anything else.

I have access to my account. I can't get from the page that says  "Your 2019 federal return was accepted" to anywhere else.  How do I get to the self-employment online program and get it to sync with my account? Anywhere I go on TurboTax as soon as Iog in, I can't get anywhere else. There aren't any links even if I have gone there via the self-employed page.
