Struggling to amend a return - I am unable to upgrade from TurboTax Free File

Hello! I realized I need to amend my 2021 and 2020 tax returns to add a Schedule K-1 form. I was able to go back and add it to my 2021 form pretty easily, however I get this message when I try to amend my 2020 forms, "Amending a prior year return is not currently supported by IRS Free File Program delivered by TurboTax." I've looked through the help blogs and they seem to be navigating me to an "upgrade" or "PLUS benefits" tab. Despite looking around on the web interface extensively, I can find this upgrade button.

Is there something I'm missing on the Online addition?

Would it be better to download TurboTax's Desktop addition?
