Stimulus payment added to my turbo green dot card

So my stimulus payment was deposited onto my turbo green dot card I used from 2018, I don’t have this card anymore. I have tried to update my direct deposit info via its.gov as well as turbo tax. I cannot get a live person(without having to pay 30$ for N upgrade to plus) can someone please guide me as to who Ii need to call or what I can do to get quick results? Please my family is running on empty and here about to come get my car!

You can request a turbo card replacement. You can do it online. The card should come within 3-5 business days

I did request a new card however it’s going to my previous address with is in another town. I had no options prior to the payment to make any changes.

I would go straight to the post office to put a change of address form. They will forward the new card to your new address
