When I get to the step-by-step page that asks "Any nondeductible contributions to ____'s IRA", I choose YES. But when I click CONTINUE, nothing happens and I can't progress through that section. Help!

Testing this in Premier just now, I was able to Continue (program hesitated for a moment) to the next page, Let's Find Your IRA Basis.
If your issue persists, you could make your entry in FORMS mode, or you can Contact TurboTax Support for more help.
Encountered this same error. I noticed that on the previous question (Any Disaster Contributions?) clicking Continue without selecting an answer produces the expected "You must enter selection" error message in red. But on this question, that does not happen -- no error message if not selecting an answer. That's one oddity for this page. Sometimes, by clicking Continue rapidly many times, I could get TT to continue...but it jumped me back to the main page. (In TT 2023, TT had one more question...did I take all RMD; but this isn't happening now.) I do not get a Lets Find Your IRA Basis page -- but maybe that's just because I answered "No" to the Non Deductible IRA question. Don't know if I'm missing an important question after the Non Deductible question or not.
I got it to progress, finally, but only by clicking about 5 times on Continue. Thanks for the tip.
I had this same issue. DOUBLE-CLICKING on the "Continue" button seemed to clear it.
BUG!!

Same problem here. I talked to support, and the rep said NOT TO enter directly into forms, as that might screw up the calculation of taxes. So I now have two questions.
1. When will this be fixed?
2. What workaround is safe?
I have *got to* get to the basis of the nondeductible IRA screen and the one that follows it.
It sounds silly, but try clicking your the Next button 5 times. That should advance you to the next page.
Thanks! That's not silly at all, as it works.
But that's not particularly reassuring regarding the reliability or stability of the software. It seems to take a varying number of clicks to advance. Additionally, while working with TT support staff, going back and forth on this screen caused TT to terminate abruptly without an error message or to become invisible, requiring me to kill it from Task Manager. None of this is particularly reassuring.
