I am having the same issue. Deleted the form, but I'm still getting the same message. I don't have any dependent care and my spouse and I both have our SSN provided. I'd like to finish my taxes soon so if this isn't resolved I'll be trying something else.
My toke is: 916344
This has done the samething to me! I think it is a BIG error on turbo tax!! Kentucky return can not be efiled! Is this going to be fixed???
Thank you for the token, and we have confirmed that this is a current experience in the program. You will notice the link provided above (Notifications Kentucky Error Message EIN), which will allow you to sign up for updates on when this will be resolved.
I am having the same problem and I do not have dependents or dependent care providers. I tried deleting the form and nothing is working. I am from Kentucky. Please help.
Some Kentucky TurboTax customers may be experiencing an error when trying to e-file their return.
The error says, "Not Eligible for Electronic Filing" when no dependent care providers are listed on the return.
We are working to resolve this issue.

Would you mind removing the "solved" badge on the
Kentucky e-file showing "Not Eligible for Electronic Filing" Notification Page.
It is obviously not solved.

Having the same issue. When I elected to sign up for updates on the two topics for this issue they both say solved. Definitely not the case. Hopefully we get a fix to this soon
TurboTax Leadership -- I am a Kentucky State resident, and I have the same problem.
Please fix so that I and my fellow Kentuckians who are experiencing this same technical issue can e-file our 2021 Kentucky State Tax Returns.
Thank you.
Please see the Help Article here in regards to this experience. You will be able to sign up for updates while we are working towards a resolution.
I'am also a Kentucky State resident , same issue here "Returns that do not have an SSN or EIN for each dependent care provider are not eligible for electronic filing" . Eight years with TurboTax - ready to file with H&R Block
The IRS requires the information. You must fill it in to file electronically anywhere or you must mail in your forms. See Q3 at See IRS Child and Dependent Care Credit FAQs for additional information.
The issue isn't that the information is required "IF" we have dependant care we pay for. The issue is that we don't, I don't pay for any dependant care, don't need the credit, but it's still asking for the care provider that doesn't exists information!
imagine being an "expert" that can't even read omegalul
this is still broken
Also not working for me, a filer in Kentucky with no dependents. Hope this gets fixed soon. Thanks!
