Same issue in KY and I don't see a form 2441k. I'm using TurboTax Home and Business.

I am having the same problem as others listed that I can't efile my state because of missing tax id for dependent care provider. I didn't pay for child care. I have followed the instructions to delete the form several times. No form. No change.

So you are saying in the premier Form 2441K and in the Dependent name mine showed "none". Override and delete that and the error goes away. If this goes away in premier form it should for all Is this something turbo tax has done to get people to pay for premier instead of filing for free which this is my first year of being able to do so. Did this work for you to efile ky form. Turbo Tax needs to fix the problem or notify the State of this problem and let everyone know what is going on so we all can efile Kentucky
