Can you clarify what you need to do with the State Filing?

• Do you have state software to start the process?
• Have you started to prepare the state return?
• Do you have questions on posting it?

Have filed Federal with no problems. However when attempting to file my Ohio return I don’t get the opportunity to pay the $25 fee. I get a “snag” message.

Try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. This usually resolves looping errors. 

 If you are still having an issue finalizing the state tax worksheet, try deleting the state and starting over. It shouldn't take long to get all the information back for the state because most of the data feeds from the federal screen.
