State Estimated Taxes paid in 2023 for 2022 are being shown as applicable to 2023.

Why is the 2022 State estimated tax payment made in January, 2023 being applied to the 2023 return?  I cannot seem to force a correction to eliminate it on the 2023 return I am working on.

Disregard this question.  I see that this is actually part of the 2022 refund that was applied to 2023.
