In what order do i complete 1040 Fed, 1040 state, and 1040 state in a second state where i sold a second home.  Does Sequence in completing forms in TT premiere matter?

I have already completed 1040 Fed and state, but not second state.  Do I need to remove 1040 state no. 1?

The ideal order of completion would be Federal, non-resident state, resident state.

You do not necessarily have to remove state #1 (resident state), but you should go all the way through it again after completing state #2 (non-resident state).

As for completing the Federal return, the sequence should not matter, as long as every section has been completed.
