solar electric costs

hello,

i am at the deduction & credits

my question is.

it ask me to enter any additional energy efficient improvements 

and yes we had solar installed in our home last year (2019) it asks me 

(solar electric costs) do i put in what i have paid monthly because i have financed the solar or do i put the total price for the solar that i have financed ?

Put in the total cost of equipment and installation.

Thanks for this. Should this include sales tax or just the original cost prior to any sales tax?

Yes, include sales tax.
