Software error

I have finished the Federal and want to do my MN state tax return. Minnesota is in the list of states. I press Start and the software saves the Federal. downloads the MN state and returns to the list of states. I press Start for MN and the whole process repeats. I cannot get to fill in the state forms and I cannot get to print my Federal.
