shared health insurance plan

I'm in a shared health insurance policy with my parents and 2 siblings (a total of 5) we received a 1095-A form.

I'm trying to file my 2024 tax return independently using TurboTax. in the 1095-A section, they are asking for my premium percentage, SLCSP percentage, and Advanced payment of PTC percentage. Should I put 20 for all three percentages?

Ask your parents how much they are claiming.  If they are claiming 100%, then you would enter 0%. Otherwise, you can all split it however you all agree.

if they claim 80%, should I put 20% for all three sections (premium percentage, SLCSP percentage, and Advanced payment of PTC percentage).

Also, if their income is higher than $200K and they are not qualified for any advanced payment, can they claim 20% and I claim 80% since my income is much less than $200K?

Yes to both questions.  Make sure all of the percentages for  your premium, your SLCSP, and your advance payment add up to 100% for everyone who shares the policy and enters it on their tax return.
