Self Employment & W-2 filed together?

I normally file my taxes jointly with my wife. I have been self employed ( Schedule C ) for the past ten years. This year,  2021,  I started working at the hospital, as a nurse. I'm still doing my business. Do I file all of this together, the W-2 along with the self employment now?

Yes, everything goes together on one tax return.
