It imports with the cloud based online version, but not with my local installation.
i tried with safari, opera (chrome based) and firefox. no luck
It went thru but i do not see any sales transactions nor do i see dividend never had problems before.
Only interest income.
Please help fix this i am disappointed already wasted 1 hour.
i just imported my tax information from Charles Schwab into my Turbotax program
Feb 19th. It worked flawlessly. No problems at all. I think it did not work on Feb 18th, because the Schwab site may have been overloaded, being is was the first day the downloads were available.

Any idea when this will be fixed? Never had an issue before. Tested my login credentials, they're fine. 3rd party access is enabled. The only thing different is now going through the "intuit secure site" that will supposedly offer more security. Somehow it seems that broke the link between Turbo Tax and my brokerage account - Charles Schwab
Also, once the login fails when logging in to Schwab from the Intuit site, there is no way of getting out of the login Error screen without Force quitting the program. LET'S GET THIS FXED ASAP.
It is fixed. I was able to import my tax information from Schwab right into my Turbotax program with no problems at all yesterday, Saturday, Feb 19th.

@LindseyLONO NO NO!! That's two years old and not relevant. Lots of people are having real problems and this is yet another garbage response! We need a solution. FIT IT!!!!!!!
For those still getting the "login unavailable" error, hang in there. I received that error Friday night and at various times yesterday. Someone earlier in this thread suggestion it might be volume related so I tried early Sunday morning in hopes it might go through and it worked just fine. Seriously doubt this related to anything on the users end since I changed nothing and it suddenly worked.
Schwab link not working for me. neither is the Fidelity link. Sunday Feb 20 5:30 EST. At the very least, TT should broadcast a notice that this is happening and when it will be fixed. very very frustrated customer with TT's worst in class customer service

If it is not a Schwab problem, then why does Schwab support keep telling me that they are working on it? I am now completely confused.
I got the same answer from Schwab! They are aware of the problem and are working on it. I was able to import all my 1099s with the exception of my1099b. Hope they get it fixed soon. I'm not about to manually insert 80+ pages of data...
