Schedule E keeps giving error for $0 for royalties for rental property

I'm entering in info for my rental property.   My management company sent me the 1099-Misc, and I've entered the values exactly as shown.   The form has $0 for royalties.  When I go to review, TT is very unhappy with that answer and I cannot file.   I'm brought to Schedule E and told to enter something.   Even when I put a value (10) in for royalties just to see if that lets met get past that point, it's unhappy with that new value and I'm told to enter a value for royalties.

I'm using TT Online.

Try deleting the zero shown in the box reporting royalties since the Form 1099-MISC is reporting rental income.

If that alone does not work, then try deleting the Form 1099-MISC.  Log out of your return and log in again.  Then, re-enter the Form 1099-MISC under the income section for your rental property, but leave the box blank that is reporting royalties.
