Just tried that it didn't help. Still getting 130 errors. Not sure if we have the same problem. The software is not recognizing the value of 0 for gross sales price like when a stock option expires worthless. Everything was imported from my brokers into my federal tax return without any issues. So there is something wrong with the state software turbo tax is using.
HRBlock can’t handle some of my IRA stuff… the federal return numbers are different and it can’t import interactive brokers.

Hello, I too have this problem when I went to efile today on March 4. When will this issue be resolved??
When Do you encounter this error? Is it when you are ready to file state or error in sch NJ-DOP never clears?
The errors keep coming up when you check for errors right before filing. The right value is 0 but it is highlighted in red as an error and wants me to correct it. The state work sheet is not accepting certain numbers that have been imported from my brokers through my federal return.
How is this not fixed yet?
Spoke to Turbo Tax yesterday they are aware of problem and are trying to find a solution but gave no date on when this would happen.

Received an email from TT 3 hours ago staying the issue is now fixed and all I needed to do was to update the software. Did that and guess what there was no update and no fix. They LIED. Very disappointed
I am still waiting for the problem is fixed email. Support said it might take till the end of the month. I can't even print my NJ return and send it in by mail. Totally useless right now.
TTAX had an update today BUT did NOT address NJ State yet. Very poor

First, if you are using a CD/downloaded version of TurboTax, be sure you have updated to the latest version by going to Online > Check for Updates.
If your program is updated and you are still experiencing error messages regarding Sch NJ-DOP it may be useful to take a closer look at a diagnostic copy of your return. The diagnostic file will not contain personal identifiable information, only numbers related to your tax forms.
