Yes I was on the phone with Level one & two on Monday where they acknowledged there was an issue with the NJ-DOP schedule that prevents e-filing. They told me it would be addressed by end of this week. I plan to check back on Saturday. I should receive an email alert if addressed sooner. Hope this helps.

Please try your return in Review on or after March 4th. If you have the desktop version of TurboTax, please be sure it updates when you launch the program. If you have TurboTax Online and it still gives this error message, please sign out of TurboTax, clear your cache and cookies, or try another browser, then sign back in and take it through Review. If the federal forms are all finalized and it is ready to e-file, you can choose to file just the federal return at this time, then come back when your state forms are ready and e-file that return.
Note, if you don't e-file them together, you do have to wait until the federal is accepted before you can e-file the state. Sometimes this takes a day or even two.

is if go back to the federal return and review my stock transactions, what exactly am I looking for, to correct this problem
Steps I took to successfully file my 2021 Federal and NJ State.
1. Went into TurboTax tools and deleted and start over the return.
2. Went onto Form8949.com and paid $12 for them to populate my 8949's
3. Imported the 8949s and the rest of my return info into HR Block.
4. Paid $89 to HR Block and successfully filed.
I did this all in less than an 1 hour after 3 weeks of trying and waiting for TurboTax to fix their NJ-DOP problems.
Side note: TurboTax has the worst customer service and "experts" ever. Never looking back.
Trying HR Block now... I have multiple entries on one line in Box 14(UI/WF/SWF)... do you have that as well? Of course HR block doesn't allow free form entry, and I can only select one of those items.
Good news, the NJ-Dop defect is resolved as I filed my Federal & NJ state tax forms this morning. All good.
Better news for myself. My federal return is already pending in my account for tomorrow and the state already took the money I owed from account. So my taxes are done. I wanted to love TurboTax, I really did.
After update I am now getting Sch NJ DOP column e Cost cannot be greater then federal amount
I have already filed BUT with the new update installed, it will NOT pass error checks giving 4 errors (on what appears to be short sales confusing it)

Lol! I'm telling you guys. HR Block is the way to go. Turbo Tax dropped the ball this year in NJ and I don't think they even care.
HR Block can’t even import Interactive Brokers. Not great.

Did you follow Teresa ends instructions? Regarding clearing theCache and data from your browser? That seemed to work for me. Good luck
I am in the same boat. Not sure why Turbo Tax can't fix this problem. I am getting 136 errors just brutal.
