Continually returns an error message:

Payment error

Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.

Been going on for ma since yesterday

I called customer support yesterday. The operator said that they were having a problem and they asked me to wait 24 hours and retry. I did, and got the same result.

If you still experience the issue, please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service:  Turbo Tax Customer Service
