Medical expenses are often not deductible, as they need to be over 7.5% of your adjusted gross income and you need to be able to itemize your deductions for them to be beneficial. So, you can try deleting the Medical Wks in your program and if it doesn't affect your income tax, that may resolve your issue. You can follow these steps to delete a form or worksheet in TurboTax:

Hi Jan,
When I opened your return, the 'needs review' message was there. But after clicking on Update and then clicking through all 11 of the medical expense categories, and then clicking Done on the page that said 'the standard deduction is the right choice for you', the 'needs review' message went away. And your Standard Deduction is slightly higher than your itemized deductions. I believe you are using the desktop version. If so, you can view your Schedule A to verify this.
