So if I the data on the 8889 form 3600 for self and 1800 for contribution from employer and 1750 in the line it doesn't fix it. I entered the same as I have from last years taxes. except the self is 3600 instead of 3500 (2020)

Instead of entering 0, delete the entry entirely and leave it blank.
Since your contribution was within the limits, there are no excess contributions to withdraw. Leave line 12 B blank.
