Why do my state and federal taxes keep getting rejected

The email you received from TurboTax shows the reason for the rejection.  What does it say?

IND-516-01 - If Form 1040, 'PrimaryClaimAsDependentInd' is not checked, then the Primary SSN must not be the same as a Dependent SSN on another return

The error means your Social Security number is being used on another tax return already received by the IRS.

Do you know of anyone who would enter your SS number on their tax return?
