rejection with correct AIG

I have the correct AIG from last year but I think I mailed my taxes in last year instead of electronic filing. Could this be why they are being rejected? If so how do I get them excepted?

Since you mailed in your 2020 tax return, try using a Zero for your 2020 AGI.
