Reject code F8962-070

I have tried filing several times and even after I have added the completed F8962 attachment as well as a copy of my 1095A, both federal and state continue to be rejected.

There has been no articles provided by turbo tax that are helpful or when they are provided the page doesn’t exist!

Has anyone figured out how to work this issue out?? I’m ready to spend more money somewhere else because I am beyond frustrated at this point.
