recent direct deposit update

At the start of April I changed my benefit from paper check to direct deposit. SS said my very next payment (May) would go to the bank.

Was this soon enough for IRS to also see my direct deposit info for the economic stimulus payment?

Unfortunately, we don't have any way of knowing for sure but you can check the status of your payment here: Where's my Payment?

The IRS is still updating this tool nightly, so if you do not find any information about your payment today, you can check again tomorrow.
