Received W2 for third party sick pay

I received my regular W2 and a W2 for sick pay I received from my short term disability due to COVID-19. I am not sure if I have to do 2 separate tax forms or enter both W2's on one. The employer ID is the same but the  control number is different.

Enter each W-2 separately.    Unless the sick pay has a zero or blank box 1 and code J in box 12, in which case do not enter it - just ignore it.     The IRS does not want a "do  nothing" W-2 and a zero box 1 will prevent e-filing.
