Received Code AL40-050 - Reject Alabama Tax Filing

I received the following code and the issue appears to be my Tennessee tax return. I have followed the steps mentioned in other "solved" questions related to the same issue, but I am now running into the issue of Tennessee not being an option in Box 15.

Can someone advise as how to go about fixing this issue?

Note: I am receiving the rejection from Alabama (state of residence) because my W-2 from Tennessee has nothing to enter in lines 15-17. However, I followed the steps mentioned to simply add your total wages in Box 16, but then I run into the error of not having Tennessee as a drop down option in box 15.

You are correct.  TN does not tax wages so they will not be an option in the dropdown for W2 entries.  Use AL and the Fed ID number from your W2 and include the wages from box 1 of your W2 in box 16.
