If I increase my withholding do I still need to make the quarterly payments?

No, if you increase your withholding's equal to or close to what you would have paid in with estimated taxes. You could enter a dollar amount on your W-4 form, Step 4 (c).

The IRS sent me a under review letter. The payment was supposed to come out of my return.TurboTax charged my account. Then returned the money same day. Still under review
