I got this fixed by call a TT rep and he took he was able to do the purchase for me using my credit card number. I then had a similar problem with purchasing the state eFile. It turned out that all I had to do was quit TT, change my screen resolution to the default (100%), and then restart TT, and it worked. What a pain! This is something that Intuit needs to fix. (I found this fix on a different thread and lots of other folks had it too.)
