I ordered a download version of Turbo Tax 2020 yesterday from Amazon and downloaded it today. I used the activation key that was on the Amazon download when signing into the new download. It says it is the wrong download. I took a copy of the information from Amazon, but do not know how to send it to you. I want to activate my new purchase. What do I do?
