Printing original; but no data

I have downloaded Adobe to my iMac which now takes over Preview (unwanted), I have followed directions.  Yet, the numerous times I have tried to adjust and print DO NOT WORK.  There is no data -- only a form.  I see the data on the pdf file, but it does not translate to the printer.  It is a new printer, but everything else has worked on the printer.  

Is there something wrong with the program for iMacs?  Does anyone have a quick and easy solution I am not seeing?  Thank you in advance for any help.  Is there a way to contact TurboTax?  I have paid for this service, but so far I can only read help articles.  And so far they are of no help.  Thank you!
