I have been trying all morning to call, get online, and the app to check my balance and I’m not being able to do any of these things. I call it never rings, won’t connect online or on the app can you tell me what’s going on.

Are you kidding me? Your rep told me to call a customer service number that is no longer in service- the [phone number removed] (pretty sure that’s correct I’ve called so many times) and it’s no longer in service. I’m calling and recording everything customer service says about Turbos affiliation with the debit cards, which they brusquely say Turbo has nothing to do with the debit cards.
