We use a PEO to pay our employees. This means we do not have salaries, employer liabilities such as FICA or FUTA, officer salaries, etc. Do we list this a common business expense?

You can list the expense as PEO fees.

My w2 has 'PEO V', 'PEO M', and 'PEO D' in box 14. When imported into turbo tax, it put the value of 'PEO D' in box 7 and left the other two in box 14. Is this correct?
