Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.
Agree with Sharon's suggestion: Close/quit turbotax (if necessary, from task manager/end task), clear any cookies (or close entire brower); reboot/restart computer also could help.
With slow internet connection parts of turbotax take a few minutes to respond, though never more than 2-3 minutes.
