You can manually update that info in the W-2 section with the instructions here.
Thanks for responding. I did see some notice from my Chat session to just delete mistaken material and enter the correct info. That took care of my W2 matter on Friday, but on Sunday past, as I was near to finishing my federal return, I received this TurboTax comment on my screen: "We noticed your address changed. You could get some of the moving money back if you moved to be closer to a new job location." The problem here is another instance of inaccurate information about myself and wife. We made no move--we have been living in the same house since 1999. This scares us that Turbo Tax has commingled our personal info with that of another client(s). Worse, what if someone is stealing identity info. After sharing my screen with TT agent on Sunday, the best that she could offer was that I should go get an IRS pin number.
Are you sure that message came from TurboTax? This is a public forum and anyone can post here, so it could be from something or someone unrelated to TurboTax.
If you want to see about getting an IRS Identity Protection Pin, see this link. @54SR
