NY State e-file fails with Duplicate Filing Found and Tax Year 2023 transmissions are not available

Update: This is specific to NY State only - I could e-file fed and rest of the states taxes successfully.

I'm trying to e-file Fed and multiple state taxes but continue to see these messages. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Duplicate Filing found in same transmission.. Please contact customer support 

Tax Year 2023 transmissions are not available. TurboTax is not ready to process Tax Year 2023 for this return.

Some NY TurboTax customers may be experiencing an error because TurboTax is populating the following error when attempting to e-file: "Duplicate filing found in same transmission. Please contact customer support. Tax Year 2023 transmissions are not available. TurboTax is not ready to process Tax Year 2023 for this return.”
