Not saving?!?

I spent 3 hours entering all my information and was almost at the completion to file. I was waiting on one more doc....it came in today....I opened TurboTax and it saved NOTHING! It is making me start completely over? The past 17 years that I have used Turbotax it has autosaved....is this no longer the case??

TurboTax online does auto save as you move between screens. Make sure are logging into the same account.

It is installed on my computer, which is where I was working on it and the program that I opened again. I have checked online to see if something happened...and I do not have a 2019 TurboTax online....All the work that I did (essentially all of it except filing) disappeared....
