No experts replying, return rejected, no fix my return button.

So my return was rejected because I failed to select that I can be claimed as a dependent, Ive called turbo tax and they have been little to no help just told me to wait for my expert, i waited no reply, then they changed my expert, replies. All i have to do is check the box that says I can be claimed as a dependent. There is currently no "fix my return" button that people are saying i need. I paid for full service.

Using the TurboTax desktop editions -

Click on Personal Info

Click on Continue

Edit your personal information

On the screen Do Any of These Apply to (your name)

Check the box Another taxpayer can claim (your name) on their tax return

Using the TurboTax online editions -

Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen

Edit your personal information

On the screen Let's check for some other situations

Check the box Another taxpayer can claim me as a dependent on their tax return
