My wife's sister from Canada lived with us for 7 months while on a visa. She doesn't have a SSN. She has since moved to family in Philippines. How do I claim?

TurboTax asking me to enter her SSN.  She doesn't have one.  Only Canadian ID

You cannot claim her as a dependent because she is not a US citizen nor a resident alien.

Your sister needs a Social Security Number or an Individual Taxpayer's Identification Number if you want to claim her as a dependent. Otherwise, you can not claim her.
