My W-2 box 18 (local wages, tips, etc) is blank. TurboTax is stating that I need to check box 18. That "Local Wages cannot be less than Local withholding." What do I do?

What is in Box 19?  That is your local withholding tax.   If you have local tax withheld in Box 19, you need an entry in Boxes 18 and 20.   You should check with your employer to see if Box 18 should be the same as Box 16; it usually is.  

If you had no local tax withheld, boxes 18-20 should all be blank.
