My unemployment was suspended months ago

Does that mean I will owe taxes? or I won't be getting a refund this year? Not sure if my question is clear

If your unemployment did not have withholding, you may in fact owe taxes on it for your 2021 return.  As of now, there has been no additional tax changes to exempt 2021 unemployment income from taxes.

You may, however, have other items on your return which go against the income from unemployment (such as deductions or credits).
