My state refund was less than what my filing says

I just received a deposit from my state taxes for $2. However, my turbo tax paperwork says my refund should be $248. How do I find out why the discrepancy?

my refund was should have been $322.0 but I only received $204.00    

I haven't received any explantion for the discrepancy

The letter from the government can take a few weeks to arrive.  TT is not notified.
