My Return is a specific Tax Form so can you tell me why i need to upgrade to the deluxe and the turbotax is tell me that everything look good

You do not need to upgrade to deluxe if your return has been reviewed and ready to go.  The system automatically informs you that you may be better off with the Deluxe version rather than the one you already purchased.  In some cases, it may be beneficial to upgrade but if you return has been reviewed and ready to go, then transmit it and you are all done.
