As noted by several others the issue is NOt resolved.  Transmitted on 2/1 and rejected today for the same issue.  When will this issue be fixed??

As of today, February 2, 2026, my taxes are still being rejected by the IRS for the error code listed above.  If this is a processing error, who should fix this?

Same error code still not fixed. I have submitted my taxes twice now and both have been rejected. The second one I submitted on Friday 1/30 was just rejected 5 minutes ago. If this is an error on TurboTax then it needs to be fixed ASAP! The only thing different I put in this year was a 1099-misc. for a class action lawsuit my wife got from her place of employment. I wonder if that is the cause of the issue. TurboTax is very vague on how to correct the problem.

I submitted mine saturday and it was rejected this morning. I just got off the phone with a representative and he said that the bug was fixed over the weekend and that I have to refile again. He said it should work now.

I resubmitted mine yesterday at 5am and got rejected this morning for the same thing. So I don't know anymore.

Filed my taxes yesterday and they were rejected today. Just resubmitted…

I got a message saying to resubmit and the issues were corrected but if it's rejected again that I would have to file by mail. Wtf.

Just got my reject from the 2/1 filing... 

There was an update from Turbotax yesterday, but couldn't refile because the filing from 2/1 was still pending. 

Today I went through the return again.  The only thing I had on my schedule 1 was income from working a city election (no W-2 provided)... I've now moved that line item per something I read on the turbotax community help page... Schedule 1 fell off the return all together, (the income shows up on the 1040 & my totals for income, tax paid & tax due are still the same).  I know this won't help those that need the Schedule 1, but it's what got me past this whole mess... I've filed again & this time got an acceptance back.

Hmmmm so I wonder if it was truly fixed "over the weekend" that if I try to refile again if it will go through this time. This is so frustrating.

Yeah I'm scared to resubmit again because it's telling me that if it's rejected again that I will have to file by mail which I don't want to do..ugh

Second time rejected agent said try after feb 6th. I said I want a refund.

I just got the same 2nd rejection at 12:30 EST TODAY FEB 2.

Turbotax is not fixing it.
