Move from online to desktop version

Since the online version of turbotax does not let me file the forms for involvency (I received a 1099-c) and should be able to show I am insolvent as I owe more than my total assets.  Is it possible to download the data I have already input into the online system to the desktop or do I have to start all over (which is a lot)?

You can switch to TurboTax Desktop and download your data that you have already input.

To switch from TurboTax Online to TurboTax Desktop, you can:

1. Purchase TurboTax Desktop software. Make sure to select the product you need to complete your return.
2. Important: If your return includes a state, make sure you also install the corresponding state program(s) 
3. Select Continue From TurboTax Online.
4. Sign in to your Intuit Account.
5. Your data will be imported into TurboTax Desktop, and your TurboTax return will open when the data transfer is complete.
