If you received Form 1095-C, you may have inadvertently entered that you have a government plan so TurboTax is asking for form 1095-A.
To remove the 1095-A question, you'll need to delete the 1095-A form and form 8962.
Once you delete the forms, go back through the health insurance section of TurboTax. Please follow these steps:
I did that and it still got rejected for the same reason.
Form 1095-A is used for the Premium Tax Credit with Marketplace ACA health insurance. If your insurance is on a Form 1095-C, you will not need to complete information for this credit.
If you enter the section for Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A) in deductions, under Medical, it will automatically default to Yes, I received Form 1095-A. You will need to delete the form in this section and then select No to the question.
I did do that and then re filed and it was still rejected for the same reason
