I keep getting this message after it says it was able to retrieve my information from last year and I hit continue. This is keeping me from starting my return.

I've cleared all my history, tried multiple browsers and keep getting this same error. I'm also not able to get a response in chat because I've not started my return.
This problem is still going on. I've now restarted this computer, tried a different computer and tried an ipad. I cannot get any browser to work.
