Lost me as a customer

I have been using turbotax for many many many years.  I decided to teynfull service this year to make sure i had been doing my taxes correctly.  Never use TY Z!!!!  I waited over 3 weeks with little feedback except that she was working on it.  April 14 I finally decided to bail out and went to H and R Block.  My return was completed in a couple of hours!  Will never use Turbotax again!

Stick with H&R Block if that works well for you. Seriously.

Yes they forked me too, and judging by user posts here it is merely a matter of time before they go under due to unethical, fraudulent practices. In 2024: FTC Finds that TurboTax Maker Intuit Inc. Engaged in Deceptive Practices.
It seems safe to say Intuit cannot be trusted.
