I have been using turbotax for many many many years. I decided to teynfull service this year to make sure i had been doing my taxes correctly. Never use TY Z!!!! I waited over 3 weeks with little feedback except that she was working on it. April 14 I finally decided to bail out and went to H and R Block. My return was completed in a couple of hours! Will never use Turbotax again!
