Lord have mercy ! You're barking up the wrong tree. Go to the top of the page and select Support then Turbotax, and contact customer service. Nobody on this forum can help you with this !
Same problem this year (TT 2022) but on the Mac. I had this problem in prior years on the Mac as well. No other software I use is this lame (i.e., requires repeated entry of activation codes), but I guess that's because those other develops have competent programmers, not the backbenchers apparently working at Intuit.
They still could not fix this stupid bug for TT 2022, this is getting ridiculous.
Had to call for the last 3 years to get a new activation code.
Luckily this year it did not happen yet.
I'm scared to try installing it on my spare PC. 🤬
